Summary

This study tests upadacitinib (RINVOQ), a daily oral medication, in 110 children aged 2 to 18 with moderate to severe Crohn's disease who haven't improved with other treatments. The trial has three parts: an initial 12-week open-label phase, a 52-week double-blind maintenance phase, and a 156-week open-label extension. Researchers will measure symptom improvement, endoscopic healing, and side effects.
