Summary
This study tests a new way to find unstable plaque in the heart arteries of people who come to the emergency room with chest pain but are not having a heart attack. Researchers will use a calcium score scan and a special PET scan to see which patients have hidden risky plaque. The goal is to learn how these plaques change over time and to start prevention treatment early.
