Summary
This study looks at 50 people with OCD or Tourette syndrome to find clear differences between compulsions and tics. Participants wear a smartwatch and a portable brain-wave recorder at home and in the lab. The goal is to help doctors choose the right treatment by using objective markers instead of just observation.
