Summary
This study is for 143 adults with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a rare chronic liver disease. Researchers want to understand what causes PSC by collecting blood, saliva, urine, stool, and tissue samples, along with imaging and surveys. Participants will undergo procedures like colonoscopy, endoscopy, liver biopsy, and MRI over 12 months. The goal is to gather data to better understand the disease, not to test a treatment.
