Summary
This study aims to understand why many people with cystic fibrosis develop diabetes. Researchers will measure how gut hormones called incretins affect insulin release in 45 adults with cystic fibrosis and pancreatic insufficiency. The goal is to uncover the mechanisms behind cystic fibrosis related diabetes to guide future treatments.
