Ultrasound-Guided needle therapy targets spinal pain in 600-Patient trial

Summary

This study will check if using ultrasound to guide herbal injections (pharmacopuncture) is safe and helps reduce pain in people with spinal problems like neck pain or low back pain. About 600 adults aged 19 to 69 with moderate to severe pain will take part. Researchers will measure pain changes, daily function, and quality of life over 4 weeks, while watching for any side effects.
