First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether using ultrasound to guide a needle-based treatment (pharmacopuncture) helps reduce shoulder pain more than the same treatment without ultrasound. Forty adults with moderate to severe shoulder pain from a torn or damaged tendon took part. The goal was to see if the ultrasound-guided approach improves accuracy and pain relief.
