Shock waves + exercise: a new hope for stubborn shoulder pain?

Summary
This study looks at whether adding extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) to standard exercises can improve shoulder pain and function in people with rotator cuff tendinopathy. About 50 adults aged 30 to 55 with shoulder pain lasting over 3 months will take part. Researchers will measure tendon thickness, pain levels, disability, and strength after 6 weeks of treatment.
