Summary
This study looks at whether a single session of ultrasound-guided dry needling—inserting thin needles into tight neck muscles—can safely reduce headache symptoms. Researchers will enroll 50 adults who have had headaches in the past 6 months and currently experience them. The goal is to see if this precise technique relieves pain and muscle tension without harming nearby nerves or blood vessels.
