Summary

This study tests a new, non-invasive treatment using low-intensity ultrasound to stimulate a deep brain area (the hippocampus) in older adults with mild memory and sleep problems. The goal is to see if it safely improves sleep quality and thinking skills. Twenty participants aged 60-85 will receive either real or fake ultrasound for two weeks, and their progress will be tracked for 10 weeks.
