Summary

This study looked at whether using a very small amount of contrast dye (less than 15 ml) is safe and works for opening blocked leg arteries in 18 patients with both severe leg ischemia and kidney impairment. The goal was to save the leg while protecting the kidneys. Results focused on kidney function, technical success, and avoiding amputation or dialysis.
