This study looks at whether adding trunk (core) stabilization exercises to standard physical therapy can reduce knee pain and improve daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis who also have back pain (knee-spine syndrome). About 70 adults aged 40-60 with moderate knee arthritis will participate. Researchers will measure pain, stiffness, and mobility before and after treatment.
