Summary
This study tests if a steroid mouthwash can prevent or reduce mouth sores caused by the cancer drug datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd). About 100 adults with advanced breast or lung cancer will use the mouthwash and be monitored for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple step can improve quality of life during treatment.
