Summary
This trial is testing an oral version of the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel, given after standard intravenous chemo, for people with triple-negative breast cancer. The study aims to find the safest and most effective dose of the oral paclitaxel. Participants will receive four cycles of epirubicin and cyclophosphamide, followed by four cycles of oral paclitaxel at one of three dose levels.
