Summary

This study tests a new treatment using specially engineered immune cells (TROP2 CAR-NK) delivered directly into the abdomen. It is for people with ovarian cancer that no longer responds to platinum chemotherapy, as well as certain rare ovarian and pancreatic cancers. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the cells can shrink tumors. About 51 adults will take part at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
