Summary

This study tests whether a drug called troiluzole can reduce the appeal of methamphetamine for people with methamphetamine use disorder. About 40 adults who use meth but are not seeking treatment will take the drug and then choose between meth and money in a lab setting. The goal is to see if troiluzole makes meth less rewarding, which could help control the disorder.
