Summary

This study followed 514 people with stable coronary artery disease for 18 months to see if how their bodies handle triglycerides (a type of fat) after a meal could predict future heart problems. Researchers also looked at blood sugar control and other health markers. The goal was to find better ways to identify who is at highest risk for heart attacks or death.
