MS treatment showdown: does early aggressive therapy prevent disability better?

Summary
This study compares two approaches for treating relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis: starting with a strong, high-efficacy drug early on versus starting with a milder first-line therapy and switching to a stronger one only if needed. The goal is to see which strategy better prevents long-term disability. About 900 adults aged 18-60 with relapsing-remitting MS are taking part.
