First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety and best dose of two drugs, trametinib and everolimus, given together to children and young adults whose gliomas (a type of brain tumor) have come back after previous treatment. The study aims to find the highest dose that is safe and to see how the body processes the drugs. About 50 participants with low-grade or high-grade gliomas will take part.
