Summary

This study tests whether tradipitant, an experimental drug, can improve stomach function and reduce discomfort in people with functional dyspepsia—a condition causing pain and fullness after eating. About 60 adults will receive either tradipitant or a placebo to compare effects. The goal is to see if the drug helps the stomach relax and handle food better.
