First seen Jun 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a natural supplement made from ginger and perilla (Dispepril®) to see if it can reduce stomach discomfort after eating in people with functional dyspepsia. About 400 adults will take either the supplement alone, the supplement with a half-dose of standard acid-reducing medicine, or the full-dose medicine for 14 days. The goal is to find out if the supplement works as well as standard treatment.
