Summary
This study looks at how a deep core muscle (transversus abdominis) changes in people with chronic low back pain and whether those changes affect arm reach and shoulder stability. Researchers will compare 90 adults with and without back pain using ultrasound and simple movement tests. The goal is to better understand the connection between core stability and upper body function.
