First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether injections of a drug called TPX-100 can safely reduce pain and improve function in people with mild to severe knee osteoarthritis. About 270 adults aged 50 to 80 will receive either TPX-100 or a placebo shot into the knee joint and be followed for 53 weeks. The goal is to see if TPX-100 can help control the disease and ease symptoms, but it is not expected to cure the condition.
