Summary
This study tests whether a protein called TPX-100, injected into the knee, can safely reduce pain and improve function in people with mild to severe knee osteoarthritis. About 270 adults aged 50 to 80 will receive either the drug or a placebo once a week for four weeks, then be followed for nearly a year. The goal is to see if TPX-100 can help manage this common joint condition.
