This study tests a drug called TPST-1495 in 38 people with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), an inherited condition that causes many polyps in the colon and small bowel and raises colon cancer risk. The drug works by blocking certain signals that help polyps grow. The main goals are to see if it reduces the number and size of polyps and to check for side effects.
