Could a soft cast heal diabetic foot ulcers faster?

Summary
This study is testing a special soft cast for diabetic foot ulcers. Researchers want to see if it helps ulcers heal completely, is comfortable, and safe to use. The study will include 100 adults with diabetic foot ulcers. Participants will use the cast until their ulcer heals or for up to 16 weeks.
