New drug combo may let some colorectal cancer patients skip surgery

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, toripalimab and celecoxib, in people with a specific genetic type of advanced colorectal cancer (dMMR/MSI-H). The goal is to see if the treatment can make the cancer disappear completely, allowing some patients to avoid surgery. About 105 participants will receive the drugs, and those who have a complete response will be monitored without immediate surgery.
