Summary

This observational study looks at whether a cream containing nifedipine 0.3% and lidocaine 1.5% can reduce symptoms like pain, bleeding, and prolapse in people with acute uncomplicated hemorrhoids. About 80 adults aged 18 to 75 who have already started this cream as part of their care will be followed for 30 days. Researchers will track symptom scores and quality of life to see if the treatment helps.
