Tablets vs. paste: which cleans better?

Summary

This study compares toothpaste tablets to a standard toothpaste (Colgate Cavity Protection) for cleaning teeth and gums. Fifty adults will use one of the two products for six weeks. Researchers will measure plaque, gum inflammation, and cavities before and after the trial to see if the tablets are as effective.
