This study compares two medicines placed inside a tooth after root canal treatment to see which one helps heal infections around the tooth root faster. About 62 adults with infected single-rooted teeth will receive either triple antibiotic paste or calcium hydroxide. The researchers will measure changes in infection size and bone healing over 3, 6, and 12 months.
