Summary

This Phase 2 trial tests whether TNX-102 SL, a tablet taken under the tongue at bedtime, can improve depression symptoms in adults with moderate to severe major depressive disorder. About 360 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo nightly for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in depression scores and monitor safety.
