First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This early study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called TMS can help reduce pain, fatigue, and brain fog in people with fibromyalgia. About 30 adults will receive multiple TMS sessions and undergo MRI scans to see how the brain changes. The goal is to gather initial data to plan larger future studies on this potential treatment.
