Summary

This study directly compares two popular weight-loss medications, tirzepatide and semaglutide, in 120 adults with obesity and metabolic syndrome. Participants will be randomly assigned to one drug and monitored for 12 months using advanced body scans, blood tests, and AI analysis to see which drug works better for weight loss, fat reduction, and improving metabolic health. The goal is to find the most effective treatment for managing obesity and related health risks.
