Summary

This study looks at how the time of day and the menstrual cycle (specifically low vs. high progesterone phases) affect strength and thinking in female athletes. Thirty women aged 18-30 who train regularly will be tested at 7am, 12pm, and 6pm during two different phases of their cycle. The goal is to find patterns that could help personalize training and competition schedules for better performance.
