This study followed 85 men with enlarged prostate who had a laser surgery called Thulium Fiber Laser Enucleation. The goal was to see how quickly a surgeon could learn the technique and how well it improved urinary symptoms and quality of life over a year. The results help doctors understand the learning process and the benefits of this minimally invasive procedure.
