New online therapy aims to bridge mental health gap for deaf community
NCT ID NCT07279363
Summary
This study is testing a brief, two-session online therapy program designed specifically for Deaf adults. The goal is to see if this therapy can help change negative beliefs about mental health treatment and encourage more people to seek professional help. Researchers will also check if it reduces feelings of hopelessness, mental health symptoms, and thoughts of suicide. The study will compare people who get the therapy right away to those on a waiting list.
