Summary
This study is testing how well a combination of medication and a specific type of talk therapy (cognitive behavioral therapy) helps people with various mental health conditions. It involves 107 adults with diagnoses like anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. The main goal is to see if this combined approach improves thinking skills, reduces symptoms, and helps people function better in their daily lives and society.
