First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tested whether two special diets—the ketogenic diet and the Therapeutic Lifestyles Changes diet—could improve thinking and memory in people with Alzheimer's disease. The goal was to see if diet changes could ease symptoms and slow cognitive decline.
