This study tested whether two special diets—the ketogenic diet and the Therapeutic Lifestyles Changes diet—could improve thinking and memory in people with Alzheimer's disease. Researchers enrolled 84 adults aged 50 to 90 with mild Alzheimer's and measured changes in cognitive tests over three months. The goal was to see if diet changes could ease symptoms and slow cognitive decline.
