Summary

This study tests whether an oral oil containing THC and CBD can reduce agitation in people with dementia who are eligible for hospice care. About 120 participants will receive either the active drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if agitation scores improve after 2 weeks of treatment.
