Summary

This study is testing whether a text message support program can help homeless adults get screened for colorectal cancer. It will involve about 588 people aged 45-75 who are staying in New York City shelters and are overdue for screening. Researchers will compare screening rates between people who receive the text-based support and those who receive general health information.
