First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether text message reminders can increase colorectal cancer screening among homeless adults aged 45-75 who are not up to date on screening. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive SMS texts or standard care. The goal is to see if texting helps more people complete a colonoscopy or stool test, potentially preventing cancer.
