Summary
This pilot study will use brain scans (fMRI) to understand how transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) affects brain activity in 30 people with multiple sclerosis (MS). TENS is a safe, home-use device that sends mild electrical pulses through the skin. The goal is to learn why TENS might reduce fatigue and walking problems, not yet to prove it works as a treatment.
