NCT ID NCT07242235
First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether a single 20-minute session of TENS (a device that sends mild electrical pulses through the skin) can immediately reduce muscle stiffness and pain in the lower back. Researchers will compare TENS to rest in 24 adults aged 18-30 with non-specific low back pain lasting at least 3 months. The goal is to see if TENS offers quick relief for both pain and muscle tightness.
