First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether live online yoga classes can reduce pain and improve function, mood, and sleep in adults with chronic low back pain. Forty participants aged 30-80 will take part in twice-weekly virtual yoga sessions for four weeks. The goal is to see if a yoga program that includes breathing and meditation works better than yoga without those elements, and whether people find online yoga acceptable and helpful.
