Summary
This study tests whether live online yoga with added mindfulness (breathing and meditation) helps people with chronic low back pain more than yoga alone. Forty adults aged 30–80 will take part in 4 weeks of twice-weekly video sessions. Researchers will measure pain, function, and mental health, and interview participants about their experience.
