Summary

This study tests a new way to help people with primary progressive aphasia (PPA), a condition that slowly takes away the ability to speak and understand language. Ten adults with PPA will receive speech therapy through video calls while also using a gentle brain stimulation device (tDCS) at home. The goal is to see if this combination can improve naming and conversation skills, and boost communication confidence.
