Summary

This study tests whether pelvic floor exercises done at home via video calls work as well as in-person sessions for postmenopausal women with urinary incontinence. About 54 women aged 45-65 will be randomly assigned to either remote or supervised training. The goal is to see if telerehabilitation can improve symptoms, muscle strength, and quality of life.
