First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study will test whether a special exercise program called LSVT BIG, done via video calls at home, works as well as the same program done in a clinic. Forty people with mild-to-moderate Parkinson's disease will be randomly assigned to either remote or in-person therapy for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure balance, movement, mood, sleep, and quality of life right after treatment and again 6 months later.
