Summary
This study will test whether a specialized exercise program called LSVT BIG can be delivered effectively through online video calls for people with Parkinson's disease. Forty participants will be randomly assigned to receive the therapy either at home via telerehabilitation or in a clinic. The goal is to see if the online approach works as well as in-person sessions for improving balance, movement, and quality of life.
