Summary

This study tests a 12-week home-based rehabilitation program for men with advanced prostate cancer living in rural areas. The program includes exercise and support delivered via video calls to help manage side effects from hormone therapy and improve quality of life. About 30 participants will try the program, and researchers will measure how usable and helpful it is.
