Inclusion Criteria: Adults older than 60 years. Scheduled for primary total knee arthroplasty for knee osteoarthritis. Able to attend weekly postoperative range-of-motion assessments. Exclusion Criteria: Revision arthroplasty. Use of constrained implants. Cognitive impairment preventing adherence to rehabilitation instructions. Inability to participate in follow-up assessments.
