Summary

This study tested whether a home-based telerehabilitation program can reduce pain, stiffness, and improve physical function in people with knee osteoarthritis. 118 patients over age 50 with mild to moderate knee OA took part. They were assigned to either a telerehab group or a control group, and researchers measured pain, mobility, and quality of life before and after the program.
