Summary
This study tested whether doing exercises that combine movement and thinking tasks at home (via video calls) can improve quality of life, balance, and walking in people with Parkinson's disease. Thirty participants completed the program. The goal was to see if this approach works better than traditional rehab for managing daily challenges.
