First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tested whether regular phone calls from a nurse could help people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) stick to their chemotherapy plan (FCR) and have fewer side effects. Sixty patients took part. The goal was to see if the calls improved how much of the planned chemo they actually received and reduced serious side effects like infections.
